Return Eligibility:

Free Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

You must request a return within 2 days of receiving your order.


Refunds:

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds are issued in the same payment method (cash or bank transfer).

Non-Returnable Items:
Used, opened, or hygiene-related items are not eligible for return.
